Jan Lowe, QRC, earned her Baccalaureate Degree, BME (Music Education) from the University of Nebraska — Lincoln in 1968. She was later awarded a MS in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from St.Cloud State University in 1973.

In her spare time Jan enjoys relaxing in the middle of nowhere and being in the sandhills of Nebraska with miles of natural landscapes and big skies. She also enjoys following the Husker football team, beading, reading, and doing genealogical research to find her elusive ancestors.
